I'm Dhiraj Pandit, a senior software engineer based in Pune, India, with 10 years of experience designing, building, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications across banking, insurance, logistics, and SaaS. BitsAarambh is my independent software-development and contracting practice.

My core is backend engineering in Java and Spring Boot — microservices, secure APIs, and integration-heavy systems. I work hands-on with Apache Camel for file-based and API integrations, Keycloak for access control, and AWS serverless services for event-driven workloads. Lately a lot of my work is platform modernization: moving systems toward microservices and orchestrating them with Nomad, Podman, Consul, and Puppet.

Where I've worked

• Senior Software Engineer — Qloudx (Feb 2023 – present). Lending-platform modernization and microservices work for banking and product clients, using Apache Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Nomad/Podman/Consul/Puppet-based platform setup.
• Senior Software Engineer — PureSoftware (Jun 2021 – Feb 2023). Backend for digital banking — loan journeys, card management, and payments — integrating core-banking APIs with Java, Backbase, and Keycloak.
• Analyst — Principal Global Services (Jan 2019 – Jun 2021). AWS-based, event-driven enterprise integration using Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Earlier — Java application development and DevOps roles at Scan-IT Solution and Veritas Technologies (2016 – 2018).

How I work

I take ownership of a problem and ship it. My strengths are production support, API and cloud integration, and backend development — with the stakeholder collaboration to keep delivery aligned with the business.

• Platform Modernization. Monolith-to-microservices migration and orchestration with Nomad, Podman, Consul, Puppet, Docker, and Kubernetes.
